Think before you print

Do you frequently print in your office? I, myself seldom print in the office, as i don’t like to keep a lot of paper which make my table looks messy.

However i have seen a lot of people who like to print in the office, coz it is company’s money anyway!!! I always advice my friend to consider before you print, is it necessary to have a hard copy? Can you do it with your soft copy? Will you print the same amount of paper in your own house?

Some of my friends added in a short message at the bottom of their signature to remind people to consider about the environment before print out the email, which i think it’s a very good idea to stop the waste.

Print only when it’s necessary.

  1. I saw the “please consider…” message on an Email I received and have printed less because of it. So I’ve attached it to my Email signature hoping that it will spread to others as well.
